The charm of the French brasserie under the Caribbean sun
Enjoy unique moments at Café Saint-Barth where music, good food and companionship combine to create unforgettable memories.
Coffee colors
In the heart of Gustavia, between the joyful hustle and bustle of the elegant Port and the famous houses with red roofs that color the tropical landscapes, Le Café seduces with its unique style and shimmering decoration. Inspired by the timeless codes of traditional brasseries, the restaurant offers a warm setting that skilfully combines Provençal aesthetics with a subtle Caribbean touch.
Large zinc counter and flowery high chairs, bistro tables and Mediterranean plants rub shoulders with meticulously sourced vintage objects: movie posters, patinated mirrors, an outdated bookcase with red covers and deliciously retro names: Victor Hugo, Honoré de Balzac, Marcel Pagnol...

Provençal and contemporary brasserie
Our cuisine is the beating heart of Café, where French excellence meets the richness of Caribbean flavors. Each dish is carefully prepared, using fresh and local ingredients. The menu includes the great classics of the brasserie imbued with the sunny spirit of Saint-Barth: carpaccio from Wahoo decorated with fresh raspberries and stracciatella alongside Burgundy snails with garlic butter, homemade pâté en Croust, according to the rules of the art, can be enjoyed alone or shared.

Quality and generosity are the key words on our menu: chicken fricassee with morels, steak steak with “Le Café” butter or sole meunière with candied lemons, a nod to the Provençal origins of coffee, will delight the most discerning palates.
For gourmet childhood memories: the giant snow egg to share, the “Grandmother” caramel cream and the chocolate pufflé pie will be your Proust madeleines!
